The YXPC 4V310-10B high-pressure solenoid valve is a functional replacement for the SMC VFS3000 series.
Primary Application: Pneumatic actuators in AT, GT, and similar systems.
Key Features & Capabilities:
Proven Design: Leveraging 20 years of experience manufacturing plate valves (including the 4V310-08), the internal structure features an excellent design with minimal wear.
Low Operating Pressure: Operates reliably at inlet pressures as low as 0.15 MPa.
High-Pressure Capability: Can be customized for operating pressures ranging from 1.0 to 1.2 MPa.
Wide Temperature Range:
Low-Temperature Option: Customizable for operation down to -40°C, suitable for demanding northern environments. Market-validated.
High-Temperature Option: Customizable for sustained operation at temperatures exceeding 120°C. Ensures non-deforming performance and continuous operation without shutdown in high-heat environments.
Performance: Designed for high flow rates and rapid response, enabling fast actuation of pneumatic drives.
Installation Precautions:
Voltage Selection: Strictly adhere to the specified voltage (DC12V, DC24V, AC220V, AC110V). Ensure the power supply voltage remains within -10% to +15% of the rated voltage for normal operation.
Operating Pressure: Standard operating pressure is typically between 0.15 MPa ~ 0.8 MPa. Specify if higher inlet pressures are required.
System Cleanliness: Thoroughly clean the solenoid valve before installation. Ensure the supplied medium (air/gas) is free of contaminants. Install a filter upstream (before) the valve.
System Redundancy: To ensure continuous system operation during solenoid valve maintenance or failure, install a bypass circuit.
