We supply quality 4V210-08 pneumatic solenoid valve, a widely used 5 port 2 position air control valve for general pneumatic systems.
This model comes with 1/4 inch port, available in NPT, PT and G thread to fit different markets. Standard working pressure is 1.5 to 8 kgf/cm², stable enough for most automation machines. We use DC24V coil as standard, AC220V, AC110V and DC12V are also on request.
Built with solid body and good sealing parts, this solenoid valve runs smoothly for a long time. It supports continuous 24 hour operation, no easy coil burnout. IP65 protection makes it work well in normal workshop environment, dust and splash resistant.
Easy to install and wire. You can mount it on standard rail or flat surface. It works perfectly with pneumatic cylinders, packaging equipment, conveyor lines, textile machines and other air powered devices.

Q1: What thread types do you offer for this valve?
A: We have NPT, PT and G thread for choice. Please tell us your required type when placing order.
Q2: What voltages are available?
A: DC24V is our standard version. We also have DC12V, AC110V and AC220V in stock.
Q3: What is the working pressure range?
A: It works from 1.5 kgf/cm² to 8 kgf/cm², suitable for most regular pneumatic systems.
Q4: Is this valve waterproof and dustproof?
A: Yes, it is IP65 rated. It can resist dust and water splash, good for normal factory working conditions.
Q5: Can it run non-stop all day?

Q8: Does the installation direction matter?
A: We suggest installing it horizontally. Other angles are okay too, but horizontal mounting keeps better performance.
Q9: What should I prepare to use this valve?
A: You need matched air hoses, pipe fittings and mufflers. We also recommend using air filter regulator to keep air clean.
Q10: How to wire the DC24V coil?
A: Just connect positive wire to + terminal and negative wire to - terminal. Fasten the connector well to keep dust and water out.
Q11: The valve does not work after power on, what to check?
A: First check power supply and wiring. Then confirm air pressure is within normal range. If everything is fine, the spool may be stuck by dirt, clean it with compressed air.
Q12: There is air leakage from the valve, how to fix it?
A: If leaking at thread joint, wrap PTFE tape and tighten again. If leaking from exhaust port, the inner seal may be worn or spool stuck, clean or replace related parts.
Q13: Why does the valve reset slowly?
A: It may be caused by low air pressure, dirty spool or weak internal spring. Adjust pressure or clean the valve body.
Q14: Can I use it for liquid or corrosive gas?
A: No. This valve is only for clean dry compressed air. Do not use it for other medium.
Q15: Is it normal that the coil gets warm?
A: A little warm is normal during continuous work. If it gets too hot to touch, please check if your voltage is correct.
Q16: Can I order a sample first?
A: Yes, sample order is welcome. You can test the quality before bulk purchase.
