Manual pneumatic lever valve is a directional valve which is pushed or toggled manually. The manual pneumatic lever valve comprises, in turn, a front cover, a valve body and a rear cover, said valve body is provided with a channel in which a spool stem is built in, a steel ball is provided in the front cover, the inner end of the control handle is in contact with the steel ball, the front end of said spool stem is also in contact with the steel ball, and a spring is provided between the rear end of the spool stem and the rear cover. One side of the valve body is provided with an S outlet, a P inlet and an R outlet from front to back, and the other side is provided with a B chamber and an A chamber from front to back, and the S outlet, the P inlet, the R outlet, the B chamber and the A chamber are connected to the passageway, and the B chamber is located between the S outlet and the inlet, and the A chamber is located between the P inlet and the R outlet.
When the control handle controls the spool rod to move forward into the front cover, the spool rod is in the position at the front side of the valve body, the A cavity is connected to the P cavity inlet, the B cavity is connected to the S outlet, and the R outlet is sealed; and when the control handle pushes the spool rod backward to the rear side of the valve body by means of the steel ball under the action of the eccentric, the A cavity is connected to the R cavity outlet, the B cavity is connected to the P inlet, and the S outlet is sealed.
