Feature

The diaphragm is the most important part of dust collector pulse jet valve. When the pulse valve is energized, the trapped air above the pulse valve diaphragm is quickly exhausted, causing the main diaphragm valve to open quickly. Next, when the pulse valve is de-energized, air is expelled through the bleed hole of the main pulse valve to equalize the pressure on the diaphragm and immediately close the pulse valve. The diaphragm divides dust collector pulse jet valve into two air chambers, the front and the rear. When the compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure of the rear air chamber will make the diaphragm assembly close to the output port of the valve. The solenoid valve is in the "closed" state.

The electric signal of the pulse injection controller makes the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve move backward, the vent hole of the air chamber behind the valve is opened, the rear air chamber loses pressure rapidly, the diaphragm assembly moves back, the compressed air is sprayed through the valve output port, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "on" state. When the electrical signal of the pulse injection controller disappears, the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve is reset, the vent hole of the rear air chamber is closed, and the pressure of the rear air chamber rises to make the diaphragm assembly close to the output port of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state again.

1. The working pressure of the product is 0.1MPa ~ 0.7MPa, and the medium is air that has been degreasing and dewatering.

2. When the working voltage of the solenoid valve is 85% of the rated voltage under the product's nominal air source pressure, the opening response time of dust collector pulse jet valve should be less than 0.03s.

3. When the working air source pressure is 0.1MPa, the pulse valve can be closed.

4. The product should be able to withstand the gas source pressure of 0.8MPa.

5. Under the specified environmental conditions, the insulation resistance of the electromagnetic coil to the shell should be greater than 1MΩ.

6. Under the condition that the room temperature is 5℃～35℃ and the relative humidity does not exceed 85%, the electromagnetic coil can withstand the voltage of 50Hz and 250V to the casing, and there is no breakdown phenomenon for 1min.

7. The electromagnetic pulse valve should be able to work normally after being subjected to vibration with a frequency of 20Hz, a full amplitude of 2mm and a duration of 30min.

8. Under normal conditions of use, the cumulative service life of the diaphragm should be greater than 800,000 times.

9. There is no obvious coating peeling, scratches, burrs and other damages on the surface of the valve.
