| working principle : |
The diaphragm is the part that splits your pulse jet valve into two air spaces: one in front, one behind. Here's exactly how it works, step by step:
At rest (valve closed): When you hook up compressed air, air seeps into the back chamber through a tiny throttle hole. The pressure in the back pushes the diaphragm tight against the valve's outlet, so no air can escape. The valve stays closed.
When it fires (valve open): The pulse controller sends an electric signal to the solenoid, which pulls a small armature back. This opens a vent on the back chamber, letting all the pressure escape instantly. Now the front pressure pushes the diaphragm away from the outlet, and compressed air blasts out of the valve to clean your dust collector filters.
Back to rest (valve closed again): When the electric signal stops, the armature snaps back, closing the vent. Air builds back up in the rear chamber, pushing the diaphragm tight against the outlet again. The valve is closed and ready to fire again.

Reliable closing performance at 0.1 MPa air pressure.

Insulation resistance between coil and housing: above 1 MΩ.
Coil passes 1-minute 50Hz/250V voltage resistance test at 5℃~35℃ and ≤85% RH, no breakdown occurs.
Stable performance after 30-minute vibration test (20 Hz frequency, 2 mm full amplitude).
Diaphragm service life: more than 800,000 cycles under normal use.
Smooth exterior surface, no coating loss, scratches or burrs.
