Operating Medium:
Clean, dry, or lubricated air or inert gas. Non-corrosive gases compatible with internal components and lubricants. The dew point temperature of the medium must be ≤ -20°C. Impurity particle size in the medium must not exceed 30 μm. When a positioner is used, particle size must not exceed 5 μm.

Air Supply Pressure:
3 bar to 8 bar

Ambient Temperature Range:
- Standard type: -20°C to +80°C
- Low-temperature type: -40°C to +80°C
- High-temperature type: -20°C to +160°C

Lubrication:
Under normal operating conditions, the standard type requires no additional lubrication. Special lubricants must be used for low-temperature or high-temperature applications.
