How to prolong the service life of high-temperature solenoid valve

The service life of high-temperature solenoid valves is generally expressed in times. At present, the service life of most solenoid valves on the market is about 10 million times, and the better may be 20 to 30 million times. Even with the maturity of technology, there are solenoid valves that can reach 100 million times. Is there any way to improve the service life of high-temperature solenoid valve in daily use?

When using high-temperature solenoid valve, it is necessary to pay attention to the working conditions for installing the solenoid valve, such as temperature, pressure, etc. During normal use, the maintenance of high-temperature solenoid valve products is also very important. The following contents can effectively extend the service life of high-temperature solenoid valve.

(1) Before installation, the product should carefully read the instruction manual to check whether the product meets the use requirements. It is recommended that the user unit assign special personnel to be responsible for maintenance.

(2) Before installing the pipes and fittings, remove the metal chips, residual raw materials, rust and other impurities in the pipes. For non-cleaning media, valves must be installed in front of the filter.

(3) During installation, it is necessary to prevent condensate steam and impurities from depositing on the valve. Pay attention not to install the high-temperature solenoid valve at the lower part of the pipeline to avoid affecting its function.

(4) Ensure the normal use of the solenoid valve. After the test, put in the medium for several times, and then use it formally.

(5) When working, pay attention to the working pressure before and after the valve. The large working pressure cannot exceed the rated pressure. When the working pressure is small, the working pressure difference of the pipeline must also be greater than the small pressure to prevent the solenoid valve from acting. When the working pressure exceeds the rated pressure or the large working pressure, the system should stop using or reduce the working pressure.

(6) During maintenance, the dirt on the valve should be cleaned regularly.

(7) Every time the high temperature solenoid valve should be restarted, the steam condensate and gas should be eliminated, and the action should be tried several times until the normal operation.
