Daily maintenance and use common sense of explosion-proof solenoid valve
Solenoid valves fail frequently in the production site. The main faults are mostly caused by the poor quality of the solenoid valve's control medium or control air source. Usually, the following conditions inside the solenoid valve prevent the solenoid valve from working properly Reasons for shortening the life: (1) The medium changes in use; (2) The rust in the pipe is rusted; (3) The oil of the air compressor is oxidized, resulting in carbon particles, tar and other sundries, which are mixed into the pipeline, or there are dust particles in the pipeline Dirt and other impurities cause the air control of the solenoid valve to be blocked or the valve core to jam; (4) The solenoid valve coil is burned out due to long-term electrification.
Therefore, 1 or 2 regular inspections per year is the best method for reliable operation and longevity of solenoid valves. Use the opportunity of equipment outages to check and repair the solenoid valves as follows: (1) Solenoid valve coil components should not be disassembled. The inspection method is mainly to measure the resistance value of the coil and establish the original account. The coil whose resistance value deviates from the standard of the same type of solenoid valve should be replaced to avoid misoperation; (2) For the solenoid valve of the ash removal system and the steam turbine oil system Due to the operating environment or oil quality problems, the valve core is easy to jam. The solenoid valve should be disassembled regularly and cleaned with kerosene, trichloroethylene and other solutions. However, it should be noted that the rubber parts may swell, so it must be replaced.
