Introduction


The function of Oil And Water Separator Air Filters is to filter oil, water, and particles in compressed air. It is generally divided into three levels for filtering. The first stage is to filter impurities in the liquid. This process will filter out 95% of impurities. The second stage can generally filter out medium particles and oil in most aerosol forms. The third stage is precision filtration, which can filter the smallest particles and oil. You can choose the standard 40 according to your needs μ M filter element, or 25 μ m、5 μ M filter element.


Features

Oil And Water Separator Air Filters use pure copper filters, so their filtering performance is better than that of traditional filters.

It can separate fluid oil, condensation, and dirt particles in compressed air.

The valve body is made of zinc alloy, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

Port sizes include 1/8 ", 1/4", and 3/8 ". Plastic part colors are also available in orange and blue.

Package and shipment


1) YXPC Brand, Neutral or Customer's requires label

2) YXPC carton or same as the Customer's requires, export standard carton

3) All cartons should be packed into the pallets more carefully.

4) All of the productions are inspected carefully one by one by QC before delivery.

5) We usually use cartons to pack the goods together. When the product is a machine over 50kg, we use wooden or pallet packing.
