Introduction

Auto drain timer controlled solenoid valve is mainly composed of solenoid valve, timer and junction box. Heat exchange system, refrigeration system and electrical control system are its main parts. Working principles:

The hot and humid compressed air containing moisture from the air compressor is first pre-cooled by the air-to-air heat exchanger; then the pre-cooled air is cooled by the refrigerant circulation loop of the air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger in the air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger. Further cooling, heat exchange with the cold air that has been cooled to the pressure dew point from the evaporator, further reduces the temperature of the compressed air.

After that, the compressed air enters the evaporator and exchanges heat with the refrigerant. The temperature of the compressed air drops to 0°C-8°C, and the water in the air is precipitated at this temperature. The impurities are separated and discharged out of the machine through the automatic drainer.

The dry low-temperature air enters the air for heat exchange in the air exchanger, and is output after the temperature rises.
