Safety Of Solenoid Valve

1. Corrosive medium: Plastic solenoid valve and all stainless steel should be used; for strongly corrosive medium, the isolation diaphragm type must be used. For neutral media, a solenoid valve with a copper alloy as the valve housing material should also be used, otherwise, rust debris in the valve housing will often fall off, especially in occasions where the action is not frequent. The valve for ammonia cannot be made of copper.

2. Explosive environment: products of corresponding explosion-proof grade must be selected, and waterproof and dust-proof products should be selected for outdoor installation or dusty occasions.

3. The nominal pressure of the solenoid valve should exceed the highest working pressure in the pipe.
