What are the differences between single coil and double coil of solenoid valve

The solenoid valve head is a coil, which is divided into single coil and double coil. What are the differences between single coil and double coil of the solenoid valve? The following is a detailed introduction.

Difference between single coil and double coil of solenoid valve:

1. Generally, the single coil of the solenoid valve is a two position several way solenoid valve, and the double coil is a three position several way solenoid valve. For example, the two position four-way solenoid valve is a single coil, and the three position five-way solenoid valve is a double coil.

2. The single coil is controlled by one do signal, and the double coil is controlled by two do signals.

3. Generally speaking, the "single coil" solenoid valve can not stop the cylinder piston at any position, while the "double coil" solenoid valve can simply stop the piston at any point.

4. Double electric control and single electric control are divided. Double electric control means that there are two electromagnetic coils, and the double coil should usually be an electromagnetic reversing valve. The single coil is always powered on and the double coil is instantaneously powered on. The spool valve of the single coil solenoid valve is spring reset, and the solenoid valve will automatically reset after the solenoid valve is de energized. The double coil solenoid valve needs the other coil to be energized to be transposed.
