Right-angle pulse valve structure and working principle

The characteristic of the right-angle pulse valve is that the air inlet and outlet pipes of the valve are at a 90° right angle.

The diaphragm in the valve divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two air chambers, front and rear. When the compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure of the rear air chamber presses the diaphragm against the valve output port, and the pulse valve is in the "closed" state. The electrical signal of the pulse jet controller moves the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve, the air vent of the rear air chamber of the valve opens, the rear air chamber loses pressure quickly, the diaphragm moves backward, and the compressed air can be sprayed through the valve output port, and the pulse valve is in the "open" state. Compressed air is ejected from the valve instantly, forming a jet airflow.

1. When the pulse valve is not powered, the gas enters the decompression chamber through the constant pressure pipes of the upper and lower shells and the throttle holes therein. Because the valve core blocks the pressure relief hole under the action of the spring, the gas will not be discharged, making the pressure of the decompression chamber and the lower air chamber consistent, and under the action of the spring, the diaphragm blocks the spray port, and the gas will not rush out.

2. When the pulse valve is energized, the valve core is lifted upward by the electromagnetic force, the pressure relief hole opens, and the gas is ejected. Due to the effect of the throttle hole in the constant pressure pipeline, the outflow speed of the pressure relief hole is greater than the inflow speed of the gas in the constant pressure pipe of the decompression chamber, making the pressure in the decompression chamber lower than the pressure in the lower air chamber. The gas in the lower air chamber lifts the diaphragm, opens the blowing port, and blows into the body.
