Principle of Pneumatic Solenoid Pulse Valve
Solenoid valve is an automatic basic component used to control fluids and belongs to an actuator; it is not limited to hydraulics and pneumatics. Solenoid valves are used to control the direction of hydraulic flow. The mechanical devices in factories are generally controlled by hydraulic steel, so solenoid valves are used.
The working principle of the solenoid valve is that there is a closed cavity in the solenoid valve, with through holes opened at different positions. Each hole leads to a different oil pipe. The valve is in the middle of the cavity, and there are two electromagnets on both sides. The valve body will be attracted to which side the magnet coil on which side is energized. By controlling the movement of the valve body to block or leak different oil drain holes, and the oil inlet hole is normally open, the hydraulic oil will enter different oil drain pipes, and then the oil pressure will push the piston of the oil steel, and the piston will drive the piston rod, and the piston rod will drive the mechanical device to move. In this way, the mechanical movement is controlled by controlling the current of the electromagnet.
Direct-acting solenoid valve: Principle: When powered on, the electromagnetic coil generates electromagnetic force to lift the closing member from the valve seat, and the valve opens; when powered off, the electromagnetic force disappears, the spring presses the closing member on the valve seat, and the valve closes. Features: It can work normally in vacuum, negative pressure and zero pressure, but the diameter is generally no more than 25mm.
The above is the general principle of the solenoid valve.
In fact, according to the temperature and pressure of the medium flowing through, such as the pressure in the pipeline and the pressure-free state, the working principle of the solenoid valve is different.
For example, in the state of gravity, zero pressure is required to start, and after power is turned on, the coil sucks up the gate body as a whole.
For the solenoid valve in the state of pressure, the coil sucks out a pin inserted in the gate body after power is turned on, and the gate body is lifted up by the pressure of the fluid itself.
The difference between these two methods is that the solenoid valve in the state of gravity has a larger volume because the coil has to suck up the entire gate body. The solenoid valve in the state of pressure only needs to suck up the pin, so the volume can be made smaller.
