What is the performance of the broken solenoid valve
What is the performance of the broken solenoid valve
1. The coil is burnt out
If the solenoid valve operates for a long time, the coil will inevitably burn out. If the solenoid valve does not produce oil after being plugged in, the coil will be abnormal. Moreover, the internal mandrel has no suction, which indicates that the coil is burnt out and the solenoid coil needs to be replaced.
2. Abnormal sound
Sometimes, when the solenoid valve is powered on, there will be AC noise, because the coil nut is loose. At this time, the pilot valve should be cleaned to remove the foreign matters inside, and then tighten the nut.
3. Solenoid stuck
Generally, the clearance between the solenoid valve spool sleeve and valve core is very small, usually less than 0.008mm. When impurities enter or there is too little lubricating oil, the solenoid valve is easy to get stuck.
4. Air leakage
The solenoid valve is prone to air leakage. Once the air leakage occurs, the air pressure will be insufficient, making it difficult to open or close the forced valve.
5. Pilot valve orifice blocked
When the dirt in the pipeline blocks the small hole of the pilot valve, the pilot valve will not be able to open. The solution is to disassemble the valve body, clean the internal stains, and then reinstall it.
