Features of new electric valves

Many valves have two types: manual and electric. The defect of manual valves is that they need to rely on manual switching, which is not only troublesome to operate, but also unable to carry out automatic control or remote control. Electric valves solve the above-mentioned problems well.

Electric valves are mostly driven by electromagnetic force, and the valve body is equipped with electromagnets. After being powered on, they rely on the magnetic force of the electromagnets to attract the same magnetic components to produce movement and displacement, so as to realize the opening or closing of the valve. The defect of this kind of valve is that the electric part is set in the valve body, which is easy to produce sparks or leakage. When the valve is used in gas pipelines and other occasions, there are potential safety hazards. At the same time, due to the difference in internal structure between the valve and the manual valve, there is a lack of interchangeability between the two parts, which also brings inconvenience to production and maintenance.

In order to solve the above problems, a new type of electric valve with high safety, universal parts and easy production and maintenance has been developed.

The new electric valve is composed of valve body, motor, valve rod, control device, reducer and reducer output shaft, which is characterized in that the motor is located outside the valve body, equipped with control device and reducer, the reducer is equipped with reducer output shaft, the reducer is connected with the valve rod through the reducer output shaft, and the valve rod extends from the top of the valve body to the valve body.

Due to the lack of electricity in the valve body of the new electric valve, there will be no sparks or leakage in the valve body, so it has good safety performance in many occasions. And because the insulation and sealing of the motor itself are isolated from the current and sparks between the motor and the valve body, even if the motor has unexpected conditions such as sparks and leakage, it will not affect the inside of the valve body and the safety of the whole system. In addition, since the valve body of the new electric valve can also use manual valves, it can realize the generalization of parts between electric valves and manual valves, which is conducive to improving productivity and increasing output.
